Winnipesaukee Wreath Company ships products via Federal Express Ground or Home Delivery within the contiguous United States only. Due to agricultural regulations, we are unable to ship to Alaska or Hawaii. FedEx will send a shipping notification to the email you provided with your order as soon as the package ships. The shipping notification includes a tracking number so you can check the status of your shipment.
Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. When you place your order, you must provide a physical address for shipping if your billing address is a P.O. Box.
Winnipesaukee Wreath Company does not specify nor guarantee specific delivery dates. With the live nature of our products, we specify shipping time frames for “the week of”. Due to the fast paced and short time of the seasons as well as weather conditions, it is difficult to choose an exact date for the order to be shipped. By selecting a shipping time frame for “the week of”, you understand that your order may ship any time between Monday and Saturday of that week.
Occasionally, multiple items from a single order may ship on different dates within the same week. Additionally, even when items from the same order are shipped on the same date, they might not be delivered on the same date.
Shipping week choices normally range from just before Thanksgiving through early to mid December. Exact dates vary each year. Please note that if you place your order after the first week in November, you may only be able to choose from the later shipping weeks.
All of the prices shown on our website include the shipping cost. Because each item is shipped separately in its own packaging, these prices remain the same no matter how many items you order. (Discounts are available for certain items when you order in bulk through our Corporate Gifts program; however, Corporate Gifts pricing is not available for online orders.)
Shipping to a Different Address
You may ship your order to a different address (for example, to ship as a gift or if your billing address is different than your physical address). Please note that only one shipping address is allowed per order. So if you are ordering multiple items to ship to different addresses, you must place a separate order for each shipping address.
